Orders placed Monday through Friday EST (excluding U.S. federal holidays) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day and will be shipped, pending credit card verification, within one business of the day of processing.

Your order will be shipped UPS Ground if in the United States, unless otherwise specified shipping services are selected.  If you’re in the United States, your order will arrive in approximately 2-7 business days. If you are outside the US, it will be sent UPS International and will take approximately 2-4 weeks. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location, as Library Littles is not responsible for the package once it leaves our hands. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to the carrier whom handled the delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged items that have the tags still on within 14 days of postmark for United States and International customers.

Any shipping charges will not be returned. In order to return an item, you must first email us at lauren@librarylittles.com with your order number and we will process from there.
